Individual guests

• Cancellations up to one week before arrival: 10 % of the agreed price corresponding to the deposit paid when ordering by phone or e-mail.

• Cancellation between one week and one day before arrival - 50% refund of total price

• Cancellation made on the day of arrival/no show - No refund

• Cancellations up to 21 days before arrival: 10 % of the agreed price corresponding to the deposit paid when ordering by phone or e-mail.

• Cancellation made between 21 days and 10 days before arrival - 50% refund of total price

• Cancellation made later than 10 days before arrival/no show - No refund
